When are invoices sent?
Recurring accounts are invoiced monthly, typically on the first business day for the month just completed. One-time projects are invoiced on completion.
What are the payment terms?
Net 15 unless we've agreed to something different in your service agreement. Your specific terms are printed on the invoice.
Do you take checks?
Yes, though online payment is faster and gets you an instant receipt. Contact us for remittance details if you need to mail a check.
Is there a fee for paying by card?
No. Card and ACH payments are accepted at no additional cost to you.
Something on my invoice looks wrong.
